Full-time administrative assistant (m/f/d)

LMT Medical Systems GmbH, as a subsidiary of Geratherm Medical AG, is looking to fill a vacancy in the Technology department at the Luebeck site as soon as possible

Your responsible task includes

  • General administrative, organisational and operational tasks
  • Organisation and support for appearances at trade fairs and conventions
  • Support for web presence
  • Switchboard handling and receiving company guests
  • Planning and booking of national and international business trip

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Structured, independent and thorough way of working
  • Confident and engaging demeanour during telephone contact
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English (B1)
  • Experienced in using all MS Office applications
  • Ability to work in a team and service orientation
