Geratal, February 7, 2024. The Supervisory Board and Management Board have extended the current Management Board contract by a further 3 years until December 31, 2027 in order to continue to ensure consistency on the Management Board and the future successful orientation of Geratherm Medical AG.

The 52-year-old Christian Frick has been a member of the Executive Board since January 1, 2021 and the sole member of the Executive Board of Geratherm Medical AG since July 1, 2021.

"With the strategy of a diversified medium-sized medical technology group and a focus on production in Germany, we are very well positioned. After a phase of reorganization, we now want to growth with new products. We are also well positioned for acquisitions of suitable companies," said Christian Frick at the signing of the contract.
