Another step in the realignment of Geratherm Medical AG has been taken. Geratherm Medical AG acquires 20% of the shares in BIOThermare GmbH, Obermichelbach.

BIOThermare GmbH is a leading manufacturer of innovative cold/warm compresses with patented seaweed gel filling. Organic, environmentally friendly and manufactured in a family business in Germany.

With the acquisition of the shares, Geratherm Medical AG also takes over parts of the international distribution of BIOThermare products.
