The Geratherm® oxy one fingertip pulse oximeter offers a quick and precise measurement of oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate in just 8 seconds. Thanks to modern sensor technology and an intelligent algorithm, it provides reliable results with the push of a button—simple, painless, and without any blood sampling.
The high-contrast display clearly shows the measurements, and an audible warning signal alerts you if oxygen saturation falls below 94%.
Compact, lightweight, and with automatic shut-off, the device is the perfect companion for home, on the go, or during sports. Whether for regular monitoring in respiratory conditions like asthma or COPD, post-COVID recovery, or for athletic activities such as high-altitude and endurance sports—the Geratherm® oxy one ensures you always keep track of your oxygen saturation and pulse rate.
The Geratherm® oxy one delivers reliable measurement results thanks to state-of-the-art sensor technology and an intelligent algorithm.
Simply insert your finger, press the button, and within just 8 seconds, the Geratherm® oxy one will display your oxygen saturation and pulse rate.
The large, easy-to-read display clearly shows all measurement values. The display can be rotated at the push of a button, allowing you to read the values optimally in any position.
If during measurement a low blood oxygen level below 94% is detected, an audible warning signal will sound.
Thanks to its design, the pulse oximeter fits into any pocket, making it's ideal for traveling, sports or everyday use.
The included lanyard with clip provides additional comfort and easy handling, whether at home or on the move.
Using the Geratherm® oxy one is very straightforward. Place your finger centrally on the sensor in the designated chamber, with your nail facing upwards. The device sends red and infrared light through the finger, and the sensor on the opposite side measures how much light passes through to calculate the oxygen saturation. Oxygen-rich blood absorbs more infrared light than oxygen-poor blood, meaning that less light passing through indicates a higher oxygen saturation. An intelligent algorithm minimises interference from tissue, ensuring you receive reliable results.
Monitoring oxygen saturation and pulse rate is important for individuals with pre-existing conditions, especially those with respiratory diseases like asthma, COPD, or during and after COVID infections. Since oxygen deficiency is often only recognised late through visible symptoms such as cyanosis of the mucous membranes, the Geratherm® oxy one supports early detection, allowing for timely responses.
For athletes, particularly in high-altitude or endurance sports, pulse oximeters can be very useful. At high altitudes, it's vital to monitor your oxygen saturation as there is less oxygen in the air. Altitude sickness is caused by reduced oxygen saturation at high elevations and is typically diagnosed only through symptoms. Symptoms can include headaches, fatigue, loss of appetite, irritability, shortness of breath, or confusion. In cases of severe oxygen deficiency, significant damage to the brain or heart can occur. By monitoring your values, you can gain a better overview of your performance and adjust your training or activities accordingly.
The Geratherm® oxy one is a compact, powerful measuring device that provides you with a simple and reliable means of monitoring your vital signs.

The Geratherm® oxy one is suitable for measuring on the fingers of adults. The finger thickness should be between 8 and 25.4 mm.
Measurements can be interfered with by artificial nails or nail polish, excessive light, moisture in the device, or poor pulse quality. For further factors, please refer to the user manual.
It should not be used on fingers with injuries. Additionally, it should not be used for oxygen measurement in cases of poor circulation.
The Geratherm® oxy one should be cleaned regularly, especially in cases of heavy soiling or a lot of dust and sand. We recommend using ethanol (70%) as a cleaning agent.
